Working with numerous materials, we provide CNC precision machining of complex, close tolerance and finely finished components, including: Precision Milling, Precision Turning, Swiss Turning precision wire and die sinker EDM. From manual Bridgeports to 5 Axis Mills, 8 Axis Lathes, Precision Wire & Die Sinker EDMs, APPI’s machining equipment is new, reliable and highly sensitive. We perform maintenance that ensures frequent calibration, mechanical maintenance and software updates.

 

We manufacture Single & Multi-Lumen Piercing and Probe Assemblies for industrial applications, chemical, and medical instrument OEM manufacturers. We produce reusable and disposable assemblies for use in laparoscopy, particle sampling, and hematology. We also provide expertise to offer complete assemblies that include electron beam welding, and diffusion bonding using alloys brazed in a hydrogen atmosphere or vacuum furnace.

 

Beyond complex manufacturing APPI can provide process recommendations, custom packaging, kitting, JIT Kanban shipments and MRP forecasting analysis.  We provide these support services within the standard formats your company requires such as barcodes, CAD or other file and data formats.
